Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is highly skilled in aesthetic injections and is interested in starting a new med spa anywhere in the U.S. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry, is up-to-date on trending services, and is a strong salesperson. This is a unique opportunity spearhead a new med spa, where you will have the autonomy to shape the clinical aspects of the practice while benefiting from the support of seasoned business partners who will handle administrative tasks and provide the business expertise necessary for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as main aesthetic injector at the new med spa
- Build, lead and manage the clinical & direct-care aspects of the med spa
- Maintain a comprehensive service menu tailored to market demands
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments and services
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and sales skills
- As deemed appropriate, hire and manage a team of aestheticians and other injectors as the practice grows
- Collaborate with the business partner to develop and implement business strategies
- If applicable, serve as Medical Director of the spa

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a valid license
- Extensive experience as an aesthetic injector
- Proven sales skills with a track record of building and retaining a client base
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Alignment with Amara values (see above!)
