Job Summary:
We are at Oxygen are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetic services and a passion for delivering exceptional results to clients. The successful candidate will be well-versed in facials and aesthetic services and have excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, consult and perform facials.
- Educate clients on our quality skincare line
- Build new client relationships
- Assist with marketing initiatives.
- Microdermabrasion
- Chemical Peels
- Provide guests with thorough and knowledgeable professional massage services, adhering to company protocols.
- Responsible for setting up work station according to standards.
- Upholds and practices universal health care protocol and standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state/city law and Nush Skincare policies and procedures when dealing with guests and coworkers.
- Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating guests in these areas.
- Perform prep work and properly clean and restock stations.
- Provides services within the scope of practice of profession as defined by the state/city/local law, and in accordance with applicable regional laws and regulations.
Requirements include:
- Valid and current NY state Esthetician License
- Minimum of five (2) years of the spa experience
- A positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and passionate about skincare
- Follows the latest skin trends
- Schedule flexibility
- Reliable, accountable and punctual.
