The Account Executive plays a key role in growing sales across a multi-state territory (NC, SC, GA, TN, and VA). This position is all about building and nurturing relationships with spa and medical accounts. As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for not only meeting but also exceeding HydroPeptide's business goals and sales targets. The details:
Location: Remote – this position covers NC, SC, GA, TN, and VA, and our ideal candidate lives in North Carolina or Georgia.
Hours/Contract: Full Time, will require some flexibility including evenings & weekends on occasion.
Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, able to participate in booth set up and break down & stand up to 8 hours on your feet
Travel requirements: Up to 75% travel within assigned geographical region, must have a valid driver’s license with reliable form of transportation and live within one hour of a major US airport.
Compensation: $80,000 annual with quarterly commission potential

- Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales & new business goals
- Represent HydroPeptide with the highest levels of professionalism
- Develop and execute meaningful, profitable business plans with existing accounts to grow account business to its full potential
- Identify, manage, and execute prospecting opportunities that lead to profitable growth
- Ensure all account notes are accurate and properly entered in Salesforce.
- Stay current with HydroPeptide product education
- Proactively identify changes in industry, sales delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly
- Train new and existing accounts on HydroPeptide products and protocols
- Develop and execute special events in accounts to drive incremental sales and brand loyalty
- Attend sales meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate
- Attend tradeshows as appropriate
- Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves
Requirements:
We want you to have:
- B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven success in business-to-business sales, aligning with our core value of High Performance and showcasing a track record of exceeding targets while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
- Esthetician License: Possession of a valid esthetician license, reflecting a dedication to Integrity by ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the industry and transparent communication with clients.
- Territory Management: Proven experience in managing a multi-state territory, demonstrating strategic thinking and a focus on cultivating and nurturing relationships in line with our commitment to Clinical Results.
- Sales Target Orientation: Strong commitment to not only meeting but consistently surpassing HydroPeptide's business objectives and sales targets, reflecting our core value of Clinical Results.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to function as an indispensable member of our team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the sales department in line with our values of Integrity and High Performance.

- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite

- Previous med spa or medical practice experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Acumatica, and Power BI, including practical knowledge and hands-on experience with each platform.
- Well-versed in creating and managing a social media profile by curating organic content and sharing corporate updates
