Position Overview: As an Experienced Medical Aesthetician, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch skincare services to our valued clients. Your expertise in skin health, client relationship management, and upselling will be essential. If you have a proven track record of success, can manage social media and marketing and have a minimum of 1 year of experience, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
● Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including hydrafacials, chemical peels, skin care analysis and facials.
● Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans.
● Conduct consultations to understand clients' goals and address their concerns.
● Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
● Proactively upsell additional treatments and skincare products based on clients' needs.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Medical Aesthetician.
● Proven ability to upsell and convert clients.
● Proficiency in social media marketing and patient retention.
● Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
● Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
● Existing local clientele preferred.
Compensation:
● Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
● Bonus opportunities based on performance metrics (e.g., client retention, upselling success).
