Avenue Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, a new plastic surgery practice in Athens, Georgia, seeking a licensed Georgia aesthetician. We would like this person to possess the ability to perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including, but not limited to: detailed consultations and treatment plans, invasive and noninvasive procedures, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, skin rejuvenation, a thorough understanding of medical grade skincare products, pre and post-care procedures, and the ability to manage client expectations are all part of the role of a Medical Aesthetician. The person must posses marketing skills in order obtain new clients, sell products, and generate ideas for office promotions. Compensation will be hourly, tips, along with commission on sales/services, and bonus opportunities.

What we will ask of you:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones and scheduling appointments as needed
- Provide facials, peels, lasers, and other aesthetic treatments
- See patients in a timely manner
- Educate clients on aesthetic services and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines
- Examine clients skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments including pre/post procedural care
- Advise clients on skin care and daily home regimens
- Active participation in team meetings and trainings
- Adhere to dress code daily with a polished look
Requirements for Success:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent with a valid Georgia Esthetician’s license required
- Must be effective at listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Possess cosmetic laser certification or ability to obtain
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- A motivated individual who focuses on retail/service goals
- Exceptionally well-organized
- Possess a solid work ethic
- Punctual and dependable
