Responsibilities:Client Care and Skincare Services
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions, lifestyle, and goals.
- Provide tailored holistic skincare treatments, including facials, exfoliation, masks, and other esthetic services.
- Educate clients on the benefits of holistic skincare, natural products, and wellness practices that support their beauty goals.
- Recommend appropriate home care routines and products to maintain and enhance results.
- Promote add-ons and upgrades, such as aromatherapy, gua sha, LED light therapy, or lymphatic drainage.
- Maintain a high standard of client care, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout the service.
Service Excellence
- Perform advanced skincare techniques, including but not limited to:
- Holistic facials.
- Microdermabrasion and exfoliation.
- Chemical peels (as licensed).
- Dermaplaning (as licensed).
- High-frequency or LED light therapy.
- Stay current with trends and techniques in holistic skincare and esthetics to offer innovative services.
- Uphold all hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with industry standards and spa policies.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with front desk staff to ensure seamless scheduling and exceptional client service.
- Provide feedback on client preferences, treatment outcomes, and product recommendations to the team.
- Participate in team initiatives, promotional events, and spa activities.
Operational Support
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communicate inventory needs or equipment maintenance requirements to management promptly.
- Assist with light cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming and pristine spa environment.
Requirements:
- Licensure and Certification:
- Hold a current and valid Florida esthetician license.
- Certifications in advanced holistic techniques (e.g., gua sha, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy) are preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional esthetician experience, preferably in a holistic spa or wellness environment.
- Skills:
- Expertise in holistic and traditional esthetic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and connect with clients.
- Confidence in recommending treatments, add-ons, and retail products.
