Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers), laser treatments, PRP, and more.
- Provide expert consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Actively drive sales by promoting services, memberships, and skincare products.
- Stay current on the latest aesthetic trends and treatments to provide top-tier services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (required).
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of FL.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client retention.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, techniques, and medical-grade skincare.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
