We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient medical team in New York!
Department: Primary Care (Remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview:
- Assesses and triages immediate health concerns telephonically.
- Provides concise, appropriate, and safe nursing guidance.
- Identifies problems or gaps in care, offering opportunity for intervention, and ER diversion as appropriate.
- Communicates with patients, and respective members of the healthcare team regularly.
- Engages with fellow teammates, and leadership via multiple communication platforms.
- Provides health education and coaches consumers on available care options.
- Documents all patient interactions via multiple EMR - and tracking platforms.
- Special projects, initiatives, and other job duties as assigned.
Required
- Unencumbered RN licensure in NY
- Access to high-speed internet.
- Hard-wired via ethernet cable to internet.
- Dedicated, private, distraction free space in home for home office.
- Mandatory attendance to training
- Full Time hour (40 hours per week -8 hours per shift)
- Weekends mandatory
- Interview on camera
- 2+ years’ experience of Nursing
- Triage experience
- Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications, and solid technical aptitude
- Highly organized, self-directed worker with an ability to function in high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills.
