FLOAT Wellness Spa is a unique family-owned, spa-art dream built out of a love for floating and a commitment from the owners to continually bring innovative healing modalities to the beautiful city of San Antonio, TX. We have been rated #1 "Best Place to Get Pampered" and "Best Med Spa" in the San Antonio Current and we were voted "Best Spa Services" in San Antonio Magazine. Our other services are enhancements to the spa as a whole and a critical part of our operations as a full-service spa. FLOAT began as a small team, with 3-5 employees including the owners and has since grown to over 20+ employees with its expansion in spring of 2020. We require all new therapists to work at least one weekend shift and have additional hours available throughout the week. We are looking for hands-on and Ashi therapists.
Position details/perks:
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for FT therapists
- Our Assistant Manager/Lead Therapist has numerous years of experience as an LMT
- We provide all materials and supplies
- Our front and back of house staff handle the laundry

- We focus on healing and restoration for our guests and encourage our therapists to create space for this in their practice
- We allow for breaks when needed after 3-4 sessions
