Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Medspa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Medspa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.
Duties
- Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure employee orientation aligns with company standards.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and stock control to maintain optimal service levels.
- Implement effective retail strategies to optimize sales and profitability within the medspa.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote medspa services and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage payroll processes to ensure timely compensation for all staff members.
- Negotiate with vendors for supplies and services to maintain cost efficiency while ensuring quality.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in team management within a retail or service-oriented environment is essential.
- Strong background in sales with a track record of achieving targets in a medspa or similar setting is preferred.
- Experience in store management practices, including inventory control and financial oversight.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise effectively and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
- Familiarity with negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships is advantageous.
