Moderna Laser, a luxury Medical Spa, is seeking a welcoming and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for client service and an interest in the beauty and wellness industry. Schedule:
- Part-time role, primarily weekends with one additional weekday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Perform a variety of front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Keep the reception area organized and clean for all incoming clients and guests.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments to enhance client experience.
- Manage office equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Address guest concerns promptly, and communicate issues with management when necessary.
- Monitor office security by controlling access and following safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales skills in product or service environments.
- Strong customer service background with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and capable of using office equipment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the medical spa or beauty industry. (not mandatory)
- Stable employment history in customer service or related roles.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within established deadlines.
Compensation: $15.65 - $24.85 per hour
Expected Hours: 20+ hours per week
