Responsibilities Include:
- Main responsibilities include: Direct assistant for the Aesthetic nurse and all needs related to Med Spa patients
- Prep, stock and clean rooms for Aesthetic nurse
- Maintain a cohesive and consistent patient flow by efficiently turning over rooms for Aesthetic nurse
- Point of contact responding to patient questions regarding post non surgical procedure concerns and documenting notes.
- maintain inventory, ordering and stocking the aesthetic room with the daily medical supplies needed for our daily practice operations.
- Room patients and take preliminary H & P, take pre and post treatment photos and preparing patients to see aesthetic nurse
- Supporting Management with daily operations
- Disposing of biohazard waste according to OSHA standards.
- Comply with HIPAA guidelines
- Performing meticulous, accurate, legal and ethical documentation at all times.
- Complete all tasks, charting and projects as assigned by management and Aesthetic nurse
- Comply with all company practice, policies and procedures.
- Be a liaison between the surgeon/RN and the patient.
- Assist Surgery Center with patient check in, Inventory and organization. Be a floater between the medical practice and the surgery center on OR days.
