We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetic treatments, including laser procedures, and will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laser treatments while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic laser treatments with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols.
- Sanitate equipment and treatment areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them about procedures.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate services based on their individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client interactions using salon software.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in laser treatments and related services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings, neurotoxins, body contouring, and dermal fillers.
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role within the beauty or esthetics industry.
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment techniques and safety measures.
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and record keeping is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid license.
