Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing a variety of laser treatments and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced laser therapies.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest advancements in laser technology and treatments.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in compliance with regulations and protocols.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend skincare products as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area.
- Promote and upsell services, packages, and products to enhance client satisfaction and clinic revenue.
- Document client records accurately and ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Laser Technician (state requirements must be met).
- Experience with a variety of laser equipment and treatments (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and comfortable environment for clients.
- Passion for aesthetics and helping clients achieve their goals.
