Position Overview: Taylor Vein Solutions & Laser Aesthetics (TVS&LA) is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and motivated Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This exempt, full-time role presents an exciting opportunity for an RN to take on a leadership position and play a key role in building and growing our aesthetic practice. With supervision from our on-site physician, the RN will be responsible for performing advanced aesthetic procedures and supporting the development and expansion of our aesthetic services. This role offers significant potential for professional growth and career advancement as the practice flourishes.
You will be instrumental in driving both patient care and revenue growth, ensuring that the clinic provides exceptional care while meeting or exceeding sales targets. As part of the leadership track, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the aesthetic department, with the potential to transition into a Director role as the practice expands.
Key Responsibilities:
TVS&LA Clinical Leadership & Patient Care:
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments under the supervision of the on-site physician, including laser treatments, Botox, and other injectables, as well as PRP, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and other medical aesthetic treatments.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, assess patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction during all procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation for all treatments.
- Educate patients on available treatments, outcomes, and post-treatment care to foster trust and transparency.
Sales, Revenue Growth & Upselling:
- Actively promote and sell aesthetic service packages and treatments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets, ensuring long-term profitability and success.
- Upsell packages and recommend additional services that align with patients' aesthetic goals, ensuring an increase in patient spend and clinic revenue.
- Track sales performance, gather patient feedback, and refine service offerings to optimize revenue and improve customer experience.
Leadership & Growth of TVS&LA:
- Support the expansion of the clinic’s aesthetic services, contributing to the establishment of best practices, procedures, and protocols for patient care and clinical operations.
- Collaborate with management on the strategic development of the aesthetic department, contributing to its growth and long-term success.
- Play a role in the training and mentoring of future team members as the department expands.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment, inspiring team members to meet both clinical and sales goals.
- Drive patient retention and satisfaction by creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for all patients.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Ensure the clinic has necessary supplies and equipment for all procedures, assisting with inventory management and ordering.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high standards of care in treatment rooms and common areas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations by participating in ongoing training and professional development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational improvements that support the growing aesthetic practice.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan (or the ability to obtain one) with certification in aesthetics strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in aesthetic injectables, laser treatments, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
- Proven sales experience in the aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare industry, with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with patients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring high-quality care and smooth clinic operations.
- Passion for aesthetics and patient care, with a keen interest in driving growth and establishing a successful aesthetic practice.
