We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively engaging potential customers.
Assist clients with product selection based on their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions to facilitate follow-ups and relationship building.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels, stock products appropriately, and assist in inventory audits.
Exhibit strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone or via digital platforms.
Support front desk operations as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Leverage multilingual abilities to assist diverse clientele and enhance communication effectiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience in cosmetic/surgical sales or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with customers.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.
A proactive attitude towards learning new products and services offered by the company.
Strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.75 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
