Ideal Candidate:

Active Esthetician License
Clinical or Spa setting experience
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and management
Create Treatment plans and sales packages
Conduct Consultations
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized care
Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits
Assist with development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote skin care services and products
Perform duties necessary for facials, exfoliation, masks, steaming, skin analysis, facial massage, moisturizing, and possible facial extractions
