Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Front Desk Patient Coordinator with proven sales experience to join our growing team. This key role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries efficiently
Educate patients about clinic services, treatments, and products
Actively promote service packages and memberships to meet or exceed sales targets
Process payments, maintain accurate patient records, and manage follow-ups
Coordinate patient check-ins and ensure smooth communication between patients and providers
Handle patient concerns and resolve scheduling or service-related issues promptly
Assist with inventory management for retail products
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events and outreach efforts
Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:

2+ years of front desk or patient coordinator experience, ideally in a medical spa, clinic, or aesthetic practice
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Nextech, Zenoti, or similar)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Knowledge of GLP-1 weight loss medications, aesthetics, or related fields (preferred but not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
