Position:Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician

Responsibilities:

Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns and desired outcomes.
Perform Laser Treatments: Administer various laser treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and laser resurfacing with precision and care.
Skin Analysis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
Facial Treatments: Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and other esthetician services to address clients' unique skincare needs.
Maintain Equipment: Ensure all laser and skincare equipment is properly calibrated and maintained for optimal performance.
Educate Clients: Provide clients with information on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and products to enhance and prolong treatment benefits.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in medical aesthetics to continuously improve service offerings.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment recommendations.

Requirements:

Valid state licensure as a Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician.
Proven experience in administering laser treatments and medical-grade facials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
Familiarity with skincare products and ingredients.
