We are seeking a skilled and passionate esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with a strong background in providing skincare treatments and services. As an esthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall appearance and health of clients' skin while delivering a luxurious experience that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform skincare treatments, such as facials, hand/arm massages, product demonstration in a luxury retail environment.
- Utilize and promote Augustinus Bader products with proprietary TFC8 technology.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate products tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and their benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best possible service.
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred
- Experience with deep tissue massage techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Passionate about working with people.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively promote events and products.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor to foster positive client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.09 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
