Key Responsibilities:
- Execute advanced skin care treatments, including but not limited to Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and cutting-edge laser procedures.
- Expertise in laser therapies, such as Laser Hair Removal, IPL/BBL, RF Microneedling, and other light-based treatments, with at least 2 years of practical application.
- Offer consultations that culminate in bespoke skin care regimens.
- Drive retail and service sales, demonstrating an exemplary track record in high-volume environments.
- Uphold immaculate treatment spaces and scrupulously manage client records.
- Leverage your interpersonal flair to foster lasting client relationships, ensuring repeat business and sustained satisfaction.

Position Requirements:
- Valid Washington State Master Esthetician License with strict adherence to all governing laws.
- A minimum of 2 years in a high-caliber aesthetic or laser-focused role.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes some weekends.
- A stellar sales background, with evidence of meeting and surpassing targets.
- The persona of a self-starter who exhibits autonomy and collaboration when necessary.
- A commitment to the highest professional standards, both in personal presentation and client interaction.
- Superior communication skills, capable of educating and inspiring clients.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
