We are seeking a talented, experienced licensed Aesthetician to join our River North and Highland Park locations. As an Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients. Your expertise in various non-surgical aesthetic procedures and advanced skincare techniques will help our clients achieve optimal skin health and rejuvenation while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. You are expected to be independent-minded, experienced, compassionate, knowledgeable and able to work together as a team.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluates and performs procedures according to established practice protocols.
- Providers are expected to evaluate and treat clients using the different devices available at our practice. This position is for a responsible person willing to exceed and demonstrate ethical and professional standards in inpatient care with attention.
· As an Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients.
· Your expertise in various non-surgical aesthetic procedures and advanced skincare techniques will help our clients achieve optimal skin health and rejuvenation while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
· Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as chemical peels, HydraFacial, laser treatments, and other non-surgical procedures, tailored to individual client requirements.
· Administer facials and other skincare services using professional techniques and high-quality products to improve skin tone, texture, and overall appearance.
· Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results.
· Utilize medical-grade equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
· Educate clients on proper skincare practices, including sun protection, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that promote healthy skin.
· Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.
· Collaborate with Providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
· Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and progress photos, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in skincare, cosmetic procedures, and industry trends through continuous education and professional development.
Education, Skills & Experience:
· Graduate of an accredited esthetician program or commensurate experience. RN - APRN preferred.
· 3-5 years of related experience in a Medical Spa or spa setting is required.
· Proficiency in basic computer functions.
· The ability to learn new software quickly and operate standard office equipment is required.
· Always demonstrates professional appearance and professional manners.
· The ability to display a friendly cheerful, tactful and polite demeanor and compassionate caring in dealing with others is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
