Amelia Aesthetics, a premier Plastic Surgery practice located in St. Charles, Missouri is proudly opening a state-of-the-art Medspa, thoughtfully designed to deliver the latest in aesthetic and wellness treatments. We’re building a world-class team, and seeking a highly experienced and talented Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, PA) to join us!
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced injector to play a key role in our Medspa with the full and seasoned support of the Amelia Aesthetics team. We’re looking for a candidate who not only brings advanced clinical skills and experience but also shares our enthusiasm for our distinct patient-centered approach and reputation for excellence.
We are offering a Base Salary of $200,000 with a productivity-based bonus structure to reach an expected income of $250,000.
Job Duties:
- Administer fillers, neurotoxin injections, and other advanced cosmetic procedures and services with precision and care.
- Educate patients on post-procedure care and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist with product sales, providing knowledgeable recommendations to patients.
- Collaborate with our marketing and social media team to create educational content for social media.
- Provide hands-on training for new injectors
- Take inventory of supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Participate in continuing education to stay updated on the latest techniques and products.
- Collaborate with the team to create a seamless patient experience from consultation to follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN, NP, or PA License
- Minimum 2 years of injectables experience
