We are a medical spa focusing on beauty is more than skin deep with our anti-aging and wellness treatments including body contouring and sexual wellness solutions, located in Chesterfield, MO. The ideal candidate for this position will have a thorough knowledge of Botox/neuromodulators, fillers, PRP, and other Medical Spa services and procedures, and be able and willing to learn new services and gain additional experience as needed or required. Candidates should be enthusiastic about working with and sharing their knowledge with clients, able to work well and contribute to social events, and to participate in growing the company brand. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-year experience as a Creative Coordinator. Candidates that do not have the requisite experience will not be considered.
Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Own the social channel creative to align with the skinBe vision
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to explore social campaign opportunities and extensions and serve as point person for influencer campaigns
- Create and execute all marketing needs
- Event planning and production
- Website design, innovation and upkeep
- Create original high-quality content (photo, video, graphic, messaging) for all social media platforms to engage audiences, build brand awareness, and convert / retain followers
- Conceptualize and execute impactful content that supports social and digital strategies and aligns with our brand standards and messaging
- Capture content and apply graphic design, photo editing, copyrighting, or video editing to optimize content for social platform
- Work with internal partners to develop a monthly social content calendar for all social channels
- Stay on top of trends unique to each platform and identify topics that our target audience engages with
- Monitor ongoing social and cultural conversations to identify and implement “real time” opportunities
- Help increase engagement with followers, grow the number of followers on platforms
- Assists with brand health reporting to help demonstrate improvement in a client’s overall brand health.
- Delivers regular reporting to the business units on key performance metrics for organic social media efforts.
- Communicates project development, timelines, and results to key internal stakeholders across teams
- Develop and maintain community outreach efforts and relationships
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Work autonomously within the fast-paced environment of the digital media team
Required Qualifications
- Creative and Marketing: 3 year minimum required
- Social media marketing and content marketing experience
- Copyright knowledge
- Wordpress experience
- Advertising and communication skill expertise
- Knowledgeable about various med spa services, body contouring treatments, and skin care.
- Friendly and capable of respectfully communicating to both clients and staff.
- Self-starter
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or English.
- 1 -2 years experience in social media management and/or content creation
- Familiarity with social marketing tools like Canva, Sprout, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
- Knowledgeable of current social (TikTok, FB and IG) trends
