Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests
- Warmly greet clients and visitors, making them feel welcomed and valued.
- Check clients in and out, and assist with any inquiries regarding services and products.
- Appointment Scheduling and Management
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments efficiently.
- Confirm and remind clients of their appointments to minimize cancellations or no-shows.
- Client Communication
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information on services, promotions, pricing, and policies.
- Data Entry and Record Management
- Maintain accurate client records, including personal information, service history, and treatment notes.
- Billing and Payment Processing
- Process payments accurately, handle refunds, and manage cash drawers.
- Address any billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Take charge of our social media account
- Maintaining Clean and Organized Workspace
- Keep the front desk, waiting area, and client refreshment areas clean and organized.
Required Skills
- At Least 2 years Med Spa Experience
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Friendly, welcoming, and able to handle client concerns gracefully.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and Multitasking Abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively, including phone calls, scheduling, and client interactions.
- Familiarity with Scheduling and POS Software
- Proficient in using scheduling software (Gohighlevel, Aesthetics Pro) and point-of-sale systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail
- Ensures accuracy in scheduling, billing, and client record management.
- Sales and Product Knowledge
- Comfortable suggesting products and services to clients, ideally with some knowledge of skincare and med spa services.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
