Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Med Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical office/med spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management/med spa and be able to lead a team with exceptional leadership skills. This position is responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling patient appointments, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties:
- Manage the medical office team, including supervising office staff and providing training and guidance as needed.
- Oversee the front desk and ensure that all patient interactions are handled with professionalism and respect.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, as well as manage the office's calendar.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Prepare and manage the office's budget, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and stay within budget.
- Organize and maintain patient files and records.
- Handle all office communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Manage the office's payroll and ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with other office staff and medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a medical office management role.
- Proven track record of effective team management.
- Experience with medical office software and systems.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
-Degree in healthcare management preferred
- Med spa experience preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
