AURSPA seeks a talented, experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA,) to join our highly motivated team. Candidates should have a passion for enhancing natural beauty and elevating confidence. Should be patient-driven, eager to provide optimal results, and able to offer thorough patient histories and appropriate examination, interpret diagnostic lab work, and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in an autonomous environment. The ideal candidate is a NP/PA and certified Nurse Injector with a passion for aesthetics, a commitment to patient safety, and a talent for enhancing natural beauty. Staying up to date with growing trends.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical medical experience. Injector experience with comprehensive knowledge of neurotoxins, & dermal fillers. Laser treatments, and other procedures/services is a plus.
Treatments may include (but are not limited to) using lab work to guide supplementation regimens, procedural tasks such as subcutaneous injections, wrinkle treatments by injection, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lip enhancement body and facial injections, microneedling, chemical peels and other facial aesthetic treatments, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services, products, and programs while educating and communicating with clients
- Provide thorough patient histories and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform consultations and assessments to determine clients’ aesthetic goals, medical suitability for injectables and weight loss injections.
- Perform medical therapy treatments for preventative and integrative wellness
- Administer weight loss injections, such as GLP-1 receptor agonists, and educate clients on how these treatments work to promote safe, sustainable weight loss
- Perform injectable treatments using neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Provide accurate charting and clinical documentation of all client care
- Stay up to date on new products and services in the industry
- Contribute to the growth of Aurspa by offering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other team members, including estheticians and reception staff, to provide a seamless and luxurious experience for all clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous full-time clinical medical experience.
- Must hold and maintain a current (state) license.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer skills.
- Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, Utilizing proper PPE
- Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic procedures, weight loss therapies, and safety guidelines.
- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision
- Must be a team player and support management, peers, and business goals.
Must be ready to hit the ground running! As a key member of our med spa, you will provide exceptional cosmetic injectable services, including Botox, dermal fillers, weight loss injections , and other advanced aesthetic treatments.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
