Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Sales Coordinator Executive to join our Medspa team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and assist with social media marketing. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth office operation, manage appointments, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients. In addition, the Sales Coordinator Executive will collaborate directly with the CEO and assist in daily sales activities, office management, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination & Office Management:
•
Support the Medspa’s sales efforts by managing client appointments, processing bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience.
•
Coordinate and maintain the daily schedule of appointments, ensuring efficient use of staff and resources.
•
Ensure the Medspa office environment is tidy, welcoming, and professional, providing a positive atmosphere for both clients and staff.
•
Collaborate with the CEO and assistant to discuss sales performance, goals, and any adjustments to office workflow.
Client Relations & Communication:
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism and warmth.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with service selections, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit.
•
Ensure all client communication reflects Medspa’s brand and commitment to quality and care.
•
Social Media & Marketing Support:
•
Assist in social media management, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to promote the Medspa’s services and build brand awareness.
•
Collaborate with the marketing team to launch and support promotional campaigns and social media strategies.
•
Keep updated on trends in digital marketing to enhance client engagement across social media platforms.
•
Sales Tracking & Reporting:
•
Monitor and track sales performance, client activity, and appointment bookings.
•
Provide reports on sales metrics and customer satisfaction to the CEO and assist in refining strategies for growth.
•
Team Collaboration & Support:
•
Work closely with the CEO and team members to maintain smooth operations and meet sales objectives.
•
Assist in the implementation of new policies, promotions, and operational strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the Medspa, wellness, or beauty industry.
•
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle client calls with confidence and a positive attitude.
•
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and priorities.
•
Willingness to learn and develop social media marketing skills, including content creation and client engagement.
•
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•
Experience with CRM systems, appointment scheduling software, and sales tracking tools is a plus.
