General Position Information:
We are seeking a positive, energetic, experienced Client Coordinator & Jr Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and proven sales skills to join a fast-growing, fast-paced team. This talented Client Coordinator & Jr Sales Consultant will be responsible for building successful engaging relationships with new and existing guests as well as with fellow team members.
Training provided.
No nights. No on-call. Medical spa environment. Must be able to work weekdays, until 8PM on Tuesday/Wednesday, and 3 Saturdays a moth.

The Client Coordinator & Jr Sales Consultant is responsible for selling the value of our services to our guests when they first inquire about services and when they visit our centers during their consultations, following up with previous visitors to renew their interest and networking with other companies in the image industry to build mutually beneficial relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all incoming and outgoing guests.
- Assist with confirmation phone calls/text messages for appointments and consultations.
- Complete daily reconciliation of guest's transactions.
- Assist with auditing guest charts.
- Assist with cleanliness of front desk and lobby area.
- Maintain office supply order list.
- Receive and follow through with incoming calls, texts, and emails from first point of contact to resolution.
- Interact with Guests in a friendly and professional manner and build relationships with Guests over the telephone and through web communications.
- Check Guests in and out of their appointments, collecting payments, pulling charts and filing paperwork.
- Schedule, confirm, and conduct consultation and laser treatment appointments with Guests and other Associates.
- Master a basic understanding of each service offering and the ability to articulate laser treatment protocols, benefits, features, and limitations to Guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and appearance of waiting area, reception desk, and consult rooms comply with Ideal Image standards.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (data entry, usage etc.)
- Maintain minimum individual closing ratio of 65% face to face.
- Strong follow-up skills with current and potential Guests.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a med-spa or high-end retail environment.
- 3+ years of sales experience (some business to consumer preferred)
- Experienced negotiator and strong closer.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.
- Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- High volume sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must maintain a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
