Aluma Medical Aesthetics is looking for a Part Time reliable, proactive, positive, and self-reliant Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator who is eager to thrive in a growing Medical Spa. Our team is comprised of hard working, thoughtful, and visionary Boss Babes! The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, has some experience in medical aesthetics paired with some injectables product knowledge, and is creative and confident in driving new sales while remaining focused on client retention. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and 5 star customer service background/skills are attributes we look for in candidates.
Daily tasks include answering phones and calling clients, booking appointments for provider, assisting in clinic with patient flow, managing injectable inventory, patient follow ups, assisting in creating social media posts as well as email blasts, attending ongoing trainings and team meetings, and ensuring the clinic is clean, well stocked, and operational.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
