Responsibilities
- Performs non-invasive services and treatments including but not limited to: Injectables, IV Vitamin Therapy, Hormone Optimization, Skin Resurfacing treatments, neurotoxin injections.
-Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
-Performs non-surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patient health status.
- Administer medications and manage treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient encounter.
- Collaborate with healthcare members to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and preventive care strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the medical office environment.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- Proven experience in aesthetics or weight loss/HRT clinics settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Administer treatments in accordance with TruVitality policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain rapport with patients in order to ensure overall patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day or at a scheduled time.
- Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
- Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of equipment and cases.
- Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart.
- Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company goals.
- All other duties as assigned.
