We are seeking a PA or NP with experience as a certified injector of neuromodulators (Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin etc.) and derma filler (Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, etc.). This person needs to have experience, be energetic, knowledgeable, sales & goal-oriented, and be able to lead an aesthetic team.
Our PA / NP will be responsible for all medical services and treatments offered at the med spa, as well as responding to adverse reactions or medical complications. Other responsibilities include detailed, accurate and timely documentation of patient consultations; treatment communication with our medical director and overseeing aesthetic treatments performed by the aestheticians.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform patient consultations to recommend and develop a comprehensive treatment plan based on the client’s needs.
- Conduct in-depth patient interviews that include taking a medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consent for procedures.
- Administer cosmetic injections, including neuromodulator and dermal fillers, independently or under the direct supervision of the Medical Director, ensuring overall patient satisfaction.
- Perform various neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, etc.) on patients providing the highest level of patient comfort, med spa experience, and results-driven, under the direct supervision of the Medical Director, ensuring overall patient satisfaction.
- Perform laser treatments and skin resurfacing procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.
- Monitor inventory levels of injectables, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
- Open to learning new techniques and procedures.
- Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members.
- Abide by all federal and state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and patient and workplace safety.
- Obtaining and managing patients’ hormones and weight-related metrics such as, BMI, BF%, and BMR.
- Diagnose and treat hormone imbalances and deficiencies
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests and procedures
- Draw blood, order laboratory tests, and evaluate test results
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the physician
- Perform hormone pellet insertion procedures
- Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service experience to patients
- Provide technically skilled aesthetic services including but not limited to:
- Aesthetic Injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, etc)
- SkinPen and RF Microneedling and facial skincare services
- Anti-Aging Medicine Services
- Chemical peels
- Assisting physician and other providers with aesthetic procedures
- Training of additional staff
- Review each patient's records pre and post-treatment and document in EMR.
- Effectively communicate with the medical director and management.
- Maintain all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment to a high standard.
- Proactively, within the context of individual patient needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis.
- Lead and participate in events– both onsite and offsite.
- Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook marketing posts to deliver business growth.
Job Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License issued by the State of Texas required
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as an Aesthetic/Cosmetic Injector and provider, highly preferred.
- Experience working in a Dermatology, Medical Spa, or Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery setting, preferred.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
