Responsibilities:
* Greet and care for clients and Members with warm, welcoming, and positive energy while maintaining a mature and professional temperament
*Performing consultations and administering wellness and aesthetic services; laser resurfacing treatments, RF microneedling, dermaplaning, medical grade facials, laser hair removal including extractions and more
*Retain clients by providing an excellent experience while maintaining accurate records of each session in our customer service database, be the point of contact for concerns and questions from your patients and be a resource for them.
*Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and help create content for our social media channels
*Help create a positive and uplifting environment while ensuring all aesthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained and maintaining inventory on a monthly basis
*Set up treatment plans with clients on returning visits
*Recommend a home care regimen to every client
*Create skin changing results with different add-on's and products in session with clients, and educating on our different treatments and products, sales and working events for our Med Spa and assisting in other assigned duties to maintain work flow of the spa.
*Assisting with office operations including greeting customers, answering calls, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, laundry, etc.
Requirements:
· Hold current state license and have at least 2 years of experience
· Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
· Must have a positive attitude and know all skin types
· Must have friendly and professional etiquette with clients and Members
· Must have the ability to objectively receive feedback and integrate it into your work
· Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
· Must have the ability to multi-task
· Must have the ability to talk to Members and clients about a home care regimen.
· Must have the ability to perform and recommend add-on’s.
· Must have the ability to make treatment plans with clients and Members
