As a leading plastic surgery practice in Bloomfield Hills, we are expanding our services to include a state-of-the-art spa environment. Our primary focus is always on patient safety and satisfaction. We are excited to launch this new project and are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse to help us build and lead this venture. Alongside cosmetic treatments, we will offer advanced therapies such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) treatments—widely known for their safety and efficacy in both joint therapy and cosmetic procedures. PRF is considered to offer enhanced results compared to PRP, allowing us to provide the most comprehensive care to our patients.
As an Aesthetic Registered Nurse, you will provide expert non-surgical cosmetic consultations and treatments under the guidance of our overseeing physician. You will create personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs, ensuring the highest levels of safety and satisfaction. Duties
- Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to:
- Anti-wrinkle injections (neurotoxins)
- Microneedling
- Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF)
- Chemical peels, and more
- Skin Care Line
- Conduct patient consultations and evaluations to determine appropriate treatments
- Develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize safety and align with the patient’s aesthetic goals
- Collaborate closely with the overseeing physician, medical assistants, nurse assistants, and spa manager to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and health standards

Qualifications:
- Must be a legally registered nurse in Michigan
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in injections and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
- Comfortable consulting with patients about cosmetic needs and developing treatment plans
- Must be able to draw blood
- Certified in PRP/PRF therapy and aesthetic training
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a spa environment and exposure to blood/bodily fluids (with proper PPE)
Salary:
- Commission-based, determined by experience
