Job Overview:
As a Master Aesthetician at Spa Rhea, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch skincare treatments while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in various skin care procedures but also possesses excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Current Utah Master Aesthetician License
- Laser Certification
- Proficiency in laser hair removal, IPL, chemical peels, Hydrafacials, facials, Microneedling
- Willingness to learn and train on additional treatments, including body contouring
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on quality care
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with our social media manager to produce content and being on camera
- Dynamic, friendly, and a team player
Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical treatments following Spa Rhea protocols
- Answer overflow phones, schedule clients, and oversee client contracts
- Make esthetic client follow-up calls
- Basic clinic cleaning duties
- Oversee point-of-sale transactions with clients
- Ensure overall customer service satisfaction
- Collaborate with the social media manager for content creation

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Microneedling: 1 year (Preferred)
