At Royal Beauty Aesthetics we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Spa Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of aesthetic professionals to deliver exceptional service and results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role within the medical spa or aesthetics industry.
- Knowledge of medical spa treatments, procedures, and products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

Pay: $1,250.00 - $2,000.00 per week
