Charette Cosmetics is seeking a full time aesthetician who will perform a variety of procedures. Procedures to be performed include non-ablative laser skin resurfacing, vascular lasers, chemical peels, facials, laser hair removal, microneedling and more. They will educate patients while selling procedures and skincare products specific to their client’s skincare needs. The Aesthetician’s relationship with clients is critical to our team effort to continue to build a thriving med spa practice. We are looking for someone to continue to grow our medical spa.
The right candidate should be personable with good phone etiquette and excellent communication and SALES skills. Attention to detail, willingness to take initiative, sales experience and excellent computer skills are a must. Must have some background knowledge on social media and is comfortable in front of the camera. Experience in plastics, dermatology, or other medical spas is desired.
There will be a training period to set these goals and expectations and acclimate to the office environment. We have excellent resources and friendly staff for training and support. We are looking for someone long-term, who seeks a career in aesthetic services and has a willingness to grow with the practice.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Aesthetician will have a functional understanding of the day-to-day office operations and be responsible for staying on schedule and performing their own consults and procedures and closing sales. We are looking for someone who is capable and passionate about building a dedicated client base. They should understand how to sell the benefits of our procedures and skin care. The Aesthetician is often the first person to respond to patient concerns, both before and after procedures. They will be expected to respond to new patient inquiries and follow through on scheduling appointments. They will also keep up with stocking rooms and product inventory. The aesthetician will also be responsible for posting on their work page 3x a week with daily stories and lives.

Qualifications and Skills
· Aesthetician license required
· Marketing experience preferred
· Sales experience required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
