Aesthetic Nurse injector
Terms: Part to Full Time
Injector Description: The Aesthetic Registered Nurse Injector is an influential and key member of our team, providing non-invasive cosmetic evaluations, consultations and procedures. Treatments may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, micro-needling, lip enhancements, Radiofrequency Microneedling, Laser Skin Resurfacing, IV infusions, IM and SQ injections and more. We are looking for someone energetic, passionate, driven and confident to join our practice as we continue to grow.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic treatments and services. Provide guest care, assessment, consultation, treatment planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments, to ensure the best outcomes for the client. Demonstrate strong procedural, technical, and competency of injection techniques for the various aesthetic injection procedures offered. Knowledgeable of various med spa services, products, and skincare best practices. Ability to recognize and treat urgent patient care issuesProficient in injecting neurotoxins, Dermal fillers and more.
Qualifications:
Legally certified Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate or Registered Nurse, Active Massachusetts License.
Energetic, passionate team player.
Proficiency in or willingness to learn EMR.
Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends.
Continued ongoing education and training, self driven. Be present for staff training days and meetings, 80% attendance rate to maintain employment.
Active social media content, posting at least 4 times per month on own.
Meeting with Marketing team monthly to do videos and obtain content for Ellevate media.
Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment plans available at Ellevate.
Able to chart timely and accurately.
Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Ability to maintain punctual schedule.
Ability to complete charting.
Bonus structure also in place after 90 days of employment. Probationary period of 90 days, must be willing to sign a non-compete agreement. As patient volume increases, more availability to transition to full time. Salary commensurate with experience and will be discussed during interview process.
