Aesthetic Nurse Injector
The primary role of this RN is to provide patients with personalized non-invasion treatments, including: aesthetic injections (neurotoxins and facial fillers), PRP, Kybella. Qualified RN candidates possess passion for the aesthetic industry, high level of critical thinking, the ability to multi-task, and a sharp sense of responsiveness to patients and team members. Candidates with some background in the aesthetic medical field preferred. The Nurse Injector is responsible for all aspects of patient care and will include taking medical histories, Consulting and Selling treatments and procedures, performing skin care consults and completing injectable appointments (including, but not limited to: Botox, Kybella, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm & Voluma).
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of current patient care techniques/trends in skin care and injectables
- Ability to develop treatment plans with patients and manages expectations of results
- Work with staff members to ensure patient appointments flow smoothly
- Follows all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Computer skills are required
- Nursing degree, from an accredited school of nursing
- Current MA State license
Preferred attributes:
- Experience working as an aesthetic RN for 1-2 years
- Customer service experience - phone & email etiquette (effective communication skills)
- Laser and esthetic experience preferred
Hiring for Friday and Saturday shifts
