These positions require a current Colorado esthetician or cosmetologist license.

Responsibilities
- Selling memberships, products and service is a MUST
- Client management, including checking clients in/out and building customer loyalty
- Learning and following Deka Lash protocols and procedures for lash and brow services and customer relations
- Educating clients on all Deka Lash services and the best way to care for their extensions
- Building relationships with clients, selling products to ensure lash retention, and converting clients to members
- Ensuring a professional, friendly, fun, comfortable, and sanitary environment
- Lash extensions, lash lifts, lash tinting, brow laminations, brow tinting, Sugaring, Dermaflash Express Facials
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in Colorado
- Lash experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain services to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Willing to learn lash application techniques specific to Deka Lash
- Willing to learn and grow and continue to develop and perfect skills
- Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance
- Ability to perform sales by recommending products and memberships that meet client's specific needs
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly, positive personality and a team player
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 34 per week
