Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team with a start date of August 13, 2024. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of beauty treatments and techniques to enhance our clients' appearance and boost their confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skin analysis and provide professional skincare treatments
- Administer facials, peels, and other skincare services
- Conduct hair removal procedures including all body hair waxing: Brazilian, bikini, leg, arm, underarm, back, chest, and facial waxing
- Apply makeup for special occasions or events
- Educate clients on skincare routines and products
- Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in managing inventory of skincare products
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts certification in Esthetics or Cosmetology
- Proficiency in using salon software, preferably Vagaro
- Knowledge of color theory for makeup application
- Experience with dermaplaning
- Understanding of hospitality to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work with diverse skin types and conditions
- Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Dermaplaning certification
- Familiarity with advanced skincare treatments
- Interest in continuous learning and professional development

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.04 - $28.91 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
