SUR MedSpa is a physician owned and operated medical aesthetics spa in the Woodstock Georgia. We are medical experts that look to create individualized treatment plans administered in a comfortable environment. We offer facial and body enhancements through cosmetic injections of neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport), Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Fillers as well as Kybella treatments options. All services are provided by licensed and certified medical professionals. Other services include the latest non-invasive and minimally invasive Laser and Radiofrequency Energy based device treatments to treat the most common skin and cosmetic concerns.

We’re excited to announce we are seeking a licensed medical aesthetician to join our group to best serve the needs of our patients. This position is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Medical Director
- Respects SUR's Mission, Vision, Values, and Culture
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals as determined by Medical Director
- Professional to patients and team-oriented
- Maintains an excellent standard of service while maintaining protocols and being patient-centric
- Performs consultation and evaluation of patients and cross-sell services and products based on the patient’s individual needs
- Develop a tailored and customized treatment plan for patients and maintains all documentation properly in the patient’s medical record
- Provides patients with laser, microneedling, chemical peels, and other rejuvenating procedures
- Educate patients on pre and post procedure care and products
- Maintains proper protocols for the services provided
- Maintains an expert level of knowledge across the suite of products and services
- Maintains detailed records within our EMR system concerning patient procedures, safety precautions, outcomes and and other required information or treatment details
- Establish, maintain, and evaluate Guests suitability and needs
- Be able to pursue opportunities to sell or cross sell additional services to existing Guests.
- Prepare Guests and maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms.
- Validate office procedures are being followed, including verifying informed consent, treatment chart. and all applicable documents are completed
- Establish and execute daily operational duties to maintain on-going spa activities
- Maintains all required licenses and certifications as well as recommended training
- Key participant in SUR MedSpa events (onsite or offsite)
- Ensures that procedure rooms are maintained in a safe, healthy clean manner and conform to SUR MedSpa’s standards of sterility and use.
- Maintains all equipment, supplies and other procedural instruments to SUR MedSpa’s standards
Education & Experience Required:
- Licensed Aesthetician
- Minimum of 3 year of experience offering chemical peels, facials, advanced facials with energy/laser based device treatments and all other aesthetic services is preferred
- Laser or Assistant Laser Certification preferred
- Experience with EMR or CRM software preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
