Who You Are:
· A licensed RN/PA/NP with 3+ years of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting.
· Experienced in all facets of med spa services, skincare products, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
· Skilled in providing exceptional customer experiences through quality, professional, and friendly skincare treatments.
· Knowledgeable in operational and clinical processes, sales, and clinic performance.
· Dedicated to maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and a professional guest check-in process.
· A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
· Eager to learn, grow, and be part of an innovative and dynamic practice.
Responsibilities:
· Perform a variety of injectable treatments tailored to individual client needs.
· Conduct consultations and assess the area(s) of concern for the client. Create and recommend an appropriate treatment plan and products.
· Fully understand services offered – scope of treatment, pre- and post-operative care.
· Excellent customer and communication skills with the ability to build a strong client base.
