At Gizel Atlanta, as a Skincare,, you will administer fully personalized medical skin treatments to all clients who step into our establishment. You will listen to their concerns, assess skin conditions, and guide them on product and enhancement options. Your mission will be to provide an unmatched client experience and uphold a high level of client satisfaction. We are seeking an Aesthetician with exceptional communication skills, confidence, reliability, attention to detail, and a love for interacting with people.

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering customized and personalized skin treatments based on a thorough understanding of ingredients and product offerings
Conducting a comprehensive Skin Analysis for each client to grasp their current and future skin needs
Educating clients on their home care routine and offering personalized recommendations
Creating a luxurious environment and educational journey for every individual you serve
Listening attentively to each client to craft a unique experience

The ideal candidate will:

A valid Esthetician license
Detail-oriented mindset
Warm, friendly, and excellent communication skills
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Passion for our brand and the positive changes we are bringing to the skincare industry
Pride in maintaining a professional appearance
Self-motivation and outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities
Confidence in recommending memberships, enhancements, and products
Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts, including weekends and opening/closing shifts
Experience with facial sculpting massage, LED treatments, peels, lymphatic drainage, Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, proper extraction techniques, and microneedling

The position requires:

Hydrafacial Experience is a must
Comfort in marketing services to encourage client rebooking
A warm and professional appearance and demeanor
Positive energy and outgoing personality
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Openness to growth and development
