Minimum Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in health and wellness. We are open Wednesday - Sunday. Shift hours are generally 10-6 weekdays, and 10-2 Saturday and Sunday. Selected candidate will be trained on site by our team. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Leadership - Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in Cherry Creek and the very BEST place to work for our team members.

- Customer greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the Customers health
goals, what their intended outcomes are and education on our therapies/services/benefits.
- Selling products/services and Memberships.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the spa calendar to maximize occupancy
- Stocking, cleaning, Spa maintenance
- Working closely with spa owners to build social media presence to include Booker, Fredrick,
Prime Digital Marketing, and organic local marketing.
- Management of CRM and Booker reports
- Continuing education of the health & wellness industry including but not limited to topics
including Peptides, HRT, nutrients, and vitamins, etc.
Monthly Salary or Hourly Wage: $25/hr + $10 commission for every new membership sold
Employment Classification: Full-Time
Reports to: General Manager & Medical Lead
Experience
- Reception/Customer Service/Sales preferred
