Position Overview:
The Physique Nurse is seeking a Medical Director to provide oversight and guidance for our med spa. This position offers flexibility and does not require the Medical Director to be on-site regularly. The ideal candidate will be available to consult with our staff as needed and support the delivery of safe and effective treatments. Experience in aesthetics is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical oversight and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Consult with staff on patient care, treatment plans, and any medical concerns.
- Review and approve protocols, procedures, and treatment plans.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Support ongoing training and education for staff members.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physician (MD or DO) in good standing, preferably in North Carolina.
- Ability to consult remotely with staff as needed.
- Aesthetic experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1.00 - $550.00 per month
