Key Responsibilities:
- Interview patients and document basic medical history.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Update and file medical records and insurance reports.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in person or over the phone.
- Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization through efficient scheduling.
- Assist during medical examinations.
- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a medical assistant.
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong social perceptiveness and a service-oriented mindset.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- A team player with a high degree of professionalism.
- A degree in medical assistance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
