Med Miami is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Cosmetic Travel Post - Op Companion (CTPC ) . You will provide personalized support and assistance to clients traveling for cosmetic procedures, ensuring their comfort and well- being throughout their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Accompany clients to appointments and procedures, offering emotional support and companionship .
- Assist clients with concierge services outlined in their client care plan.
- Provide post-procedure care and assistance as needed -
- Maintain open communication with clients, their family and medical staff to ensure a seamless experience -
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications: -
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and schedules -
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Pass a Level 2 background check
