Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments
- Use salon software to manage appointments and client information
- Provide hospitality to clients and ensure their comfort during treatments
- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend retail sales
- Utilize sales skills to promote services and increase revenue
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory, makeup application, and straight razor techniques
- Possess knowledge of dermal fillers and other cosmetic treatments
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Aesthetician license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus
