We are seeking a skilled Laser Technician/electrolysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have passion for skincare, providing exceptional customer experiences, and promoting overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Administer laser hair removal treatments using safe and effective techniques
- Esthetician may administer professional facials, non-invasive chemical peels, HydraFacials, OxyGeneo treatments, exfoliation treatments, hydradermabrasion, PRP and microdermabrasion.
- The Esthetician may provide other spa service recommendations, as well as assist in development and growth of spa sales.
- Conduct skin analyses and provide personalized recommendations for clients
-Educate clients on skincare routines and products
-Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
Experience
- Previous experience in laser hair removal and skin retreatment is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Certification Esthetician and electrolysis.
- Knowledge of current esthetic treatment practice, products and trends
-Have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
-Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
-Experience with sales and upselling techniques preferred
-Comfortable consulting clients regarding cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatment options, techniques and treatment plans.
